Litigation paralegal needed for a Seattle based Personal Injury Firm
This is for a remote position only. A litigation paralegal is needed.
Key duties:
- Document Preparation: Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Legal Research: Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Discovery Support: Assisting with the discovery process, including drafting discovery requests, organizing responses, and preparing for depositions.
- Deposition Coordination: Scheduling, organizing, and attending depositions.
- Trial Support: Preparing trial materials
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Court Filings: Preparing and filing court documents.
