The Washington State Paralegal Association (WSPA) conducts periodic
surveys among WSPA members and other paralegals, legal offices, and
related or interested persons. The regular surveys include a salary
and benefit survey, which is usually done in alternate years, and a
survey of paralegal eduction programs in the state. Special purpose
surveys may also be conducted from time to time.
Every two to three years WSPA conducts a Salary Survey which is mailed
to currently employed paralegals. The primary objective for this
study is to document statistics on paralegals in regards to: demographics,
education, experience, salary, additional compensation, and benefits.
Full results are published in Findings and Conclusions. Copies
