Mary Cowan works for the Department of Corrections – Interstate Compact Unit.  She has worked in this particular unit for 21 months, but has worked for the Department overall for nearly 8 years. Mary graduated from Tacoma Community College with an AA in Paralegal Studies and is currently enrolled at Evergreen State College where she is working towards completing her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree.  Mary has been a member of WSPA since 2004 and is active with the South Puget Sound WSPA Chapter. She was appointed the WSPA CLE Chairperson effective October 2006.
